Tuesday night, July 13th is movie night. We will be watching the original Karate Kid. Bring your families. The movie will start at 6:00 PM and we will serve popcorn.
In August, the students of Northwoods will be competing with each other in the first annual End of Summer Tournament! There is no entry fee and this year it will be a "choose your own trophy" event.
Mr. Fortney of Snake Nunchaku Dojo and Mr. Lee, formerly of Lee Karate donated approximately 90 of Mr Lee's old trophies to recycle in our school! Students will compete with each other in Forms, Sparring, Judo and Board Breaking.
Competitors who take first place will have first choice of trophies, followed by second place and so on. Competition will be tough so start preparing and practicing now!
