Tae
Kwon Do
| Tae Kwon Do is
a Korean martial arts style that consists of hard punching, kicking,
forms, but especially in character development. We include elements
of Judo and Jujitsu in our art, because we feel our students should
be prepared to fall without getting injured.There is also training
in the traditional Okinawan weapons of Sai, Tonfa,
Bo,
Nunchaku
and Kama. |

| Brazilian
Jiu Jitsu |

| Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that focuses
on grappling and especially ground fighting. It promotes the principle
that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves
against a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage and proper technique;
most notably, by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat them. |

| Tai Chi Chuan |

| Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese system of slow meditative physical exercise
designed for relaxation and balance and health . It is also an internal
Chinese martial art. There are different styles of T'ai Chi Ch'uan,
but most modern schools can trace their development to the system
originally taught by the Chen family to the Yang family starting
in 1820. |
